This villa is within 18km from the center of Kato Paphos in the picturesque countryside of Peyia village near St Georges church. No high buildings in this area are found around.
Akamas National Park opens its breathtaking views and natural peaceful beaches within 1km from the villas. There is a nice sandy beach near the villa (400 m). A bird zoo is within 1km from the villa.
A lot of nice restaurants and cosy tavernas are found nearby that offer a good choice of Cyprus, national and sea food.

Each room has built-in wardrobes, and veranda. Master bedroom has veranda overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, cooker, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Also has a kitchen table with 4 chairs.
Open plan living area comprises of leather sofas, coffee table, open fireplace, and is spacious.
At the other end of the living room is a dining area with table and chairs. |

Outside is a large 5m x 15m private swimming pool with veranda area and seating to enjoy warm days and cool evenings.

Each villa has a very big land from 2500m2 to 4000m2. The land is full of fruit trees and beautiful flowers. Each villa has a private swimming pool (5 x 13m or 5 x15 m).
All villas have a spacious veranda with pergola 80 m2 with a barbecue zone.
All villas have a children's playground area on grass with slides & swings in secure surroundings.
Service provided:
Cleaning and towels & linen change - every 3 days; Swimming pool maintenance - daily. Gardens and lawns maintenance - daily. Reception, Mini Market and Cafe are in the main building - open from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. every day.
The cafe serves Cyprus dishes, menu available (order to be given 24 hours before). |
