You can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach in just under 10 minutes walk. Paphos town, where you can shop or dine, is also easily reachable, only 20 minutes drive.

It is complete with three bedrooms; two twins and one double, all with air conditioning.
All bedrooms are en-suite and there is a separate guest cloakroom for your use.
The double and one twin bedroom are upstairs and the second twin bedroom is downstairs.
The double bedroom, which has stunning seaviews, has an en-suite bathroom and its own balcony.
The twin bedroom upstairs has an en-suite shower room & the twin bedroom downstairs has an en-suite bathroom and its own veranda.
There is also a sofabed in the lounge.
All linen and towels are provided.
The living room is complete with satellite television, DVD player/DVDs, CD player/CDs, paperback books and board games.

Set within private landscaped gardens is a private swimming pool complete with sunloungers, umbrellas, patio furniture and of course a gas barbeque for those evenings in the sunshine.
There are stunning views to the Cyprus countryside and the sea. |

This villa was absolutely perfect for our first holiday in Cyprus. Beautiful views from the balcony, extremely well equipped, clean and spacious and the added bonus of our very own pool. We loved the location as it was easy to hop on a bus in to Paphos if we wanted to, but even better it was lovely and peaceful and only 3 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. The information and maps provided and the rep from the Villa Management Company made sure we had everything we needed to make it a great experience. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return very soon - The Sampson party.
What a fantastic villa and we loved Cyprus. Everyone is so friendly and we had no language problems. Driving on the left hand side of the road makes it so easy too.
