Upon entering this property you come to a spacious hallway. Off the hallway to the left is a very large lounge. It is furnished with 4 separate ornate chairs, and a sofa of the same design. It has a coffee table and a larger table at the opposite end. There are curtains at the windows.
From the living room you enter the kitchen. It is spacious and fully fitted, comprising of two refrigerators, plenty of cupboards, built-in electric cooker and electric hob. There is also a breakfast bar. Plates, cutlery and cups are included.
At the opposite end of the kitchen there is a dining area, complete with dining table and 6 chairs.
There is a marble staircase leading to the upper part of the property. Here you will come to 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate cloakroom.
Upstairs to the left of the stairway is the Master bedroom. It is a large size and has an en-suite shower, WC and sink. Air-conditioning is also available.
Just outside the Master bedroom are additional cupboards, 4 available on one side and 4 on the other. Offering plenty of additional storage space.
There is a separate cloakroom upstairs comprising of WC, sink and shower.
Along the corridor to the left is the 2nd bedroom. It has a double room, cupboards, 2 chests of drawers, a dressing table and an air-conditioning unit. It is a large bedroom.
Opposite is the 3rd bedroom. It comprises of 2 single beds, a heater/radiator, air-conditioning unit.

Surrounding the property are many palm trees which makes it very secluded.
Outside there is a 8m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by palm trees and a nice rock garden. At the other end of the pool there is an area for relaxation.
