On the ground floor, the villa has a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with the modern comforts, a dining area and a leather sofa lounge. There is a 29" TV with SKY TV, DVD player and a music system. There is a also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms in total. The Master being an en-suite with a double bed, and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms in total. Outside there is a balcony overlooking the private pool area which has access from two of the three bedrooms.

Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos itself, which is located less than 10 minutes by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good night-life.
