Description
On the ground floor, the villa has a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with the modern comforts, a dining area and a leather sofa lounge. There is a 29" TV with SKY TV, DVD player and a music system. There is a also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms in total. The Master being an en-suite with a double bed, and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes.
There are two bathrooms in total. Outside there is a balcony overlooking the private pool area which has access from two of the three bedrooms.
The villa has been newly furnished throughout.
