It offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and exceptional outdoor poolside BBQ. Notes to the rental rates :A refundable security deposit of 750 Euros is required to cover any damages or breakages. This is to be paid in cash directly to the villa owner on arrival at the property and will be refunded in cash on the day of departure.

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service, Welcome Grocery Pack and Wi-Fi internet. Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable locally at the rate of 5.50 Euro per unit per day for the bedroom and office units, 11 Euros per unit per day for the living area of the annexe and 15 Euros per unit per day for the living area of the main house (2 units available).

The supplement for the outdoor Jacuzzi with spa is 85 Euros per day, payable locally.
