The accommodation has a spacious living/dining room with sofabed settee, TV plus an open plan kitchen (accessed from front porch).
There are doors to the covered L-shaped veranda to one side overlooking the terrace and swimming pool (N.B. 3 steps down).
There is a twin bedded room on the ground floor. Shower room with WC and washing machine.
Stairs lead to spacious landing and 2 other bedrooms on the first floor; one double room with balconies and the other room has twin beds. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms. Family bathroom comprising bath, basin and WC. Property offers you the option of a small safe to use and hairdryer.
The swimming pool size is 10m x 5m. The villa will appeal to families which enjoy private villa holidays in a peaceful and tranquil location. It is spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The villa is conveniently located just 1.5 km from the restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and shops of Coral Bay, and is also less than ten minutes from Paphos by car. Airport Transfers & Car Hire Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you.

Area description
Its location is just 1.5km from the sandy beach at Coral Bay, the local banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Paphos International Airport is 20km drive away, and Paphos town which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife is just 8km away.
There are local sporting activites available, including golf at the Tsada Golf Club (10km), horse riding in the immediate vicinity and water sports down at Coral Bay Beach.
